4. I haven't received my activation code
This is a one-time system generated 8 digit alphanumeric code needed to complete your Account Registration. You should receive the code via sms and email (check your junk / spam folders). It is generated immediately but may be delayed via your cellphone network or Internet Service provider. If after 4 hours you have still not received the code kindly contact [email protected]
5. I have not received my labels
Please ensure that you’ve completed the pledge process - this confirms that your pledge was successful and you will then receive an e-mailed link to download your labels from the website. Please then check your Spam/Junk mail folder in case the email has been directed there. Once you’ve received your link, you can download your labels at any time and as often as necessary. If no names appear in your pledge record, it means that you haven’t pledged any names this year or that your pledge was unsuccessful. Please click PLEDGE A SHOEBOX and follow the prompts to select kids’ names.
